| Bayana Fashion is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us. Providing garments are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. We offer a 10-day refund or exchange policy. If your original invoice had free postage we will deduct 10$ for postage and handling NOTE: During special sales, we can exchange the item for a different size (if available) but can not give refunds. If you would like to exchange your products: 1. please contact us so we can check availability. 2. pay the re-postage $10/$19/$29 for registered mail/EcoPost/EMS to our PayPal account, [email protected], and send us the transaction ID of this payment. 3. send the item in its original packaging with tags to Bayana, PO Box 634 , Bet Dagan 50200 Israel 4. Write your order number and name clearly on the parcel. 5. Do NOT send a pre paid envelope with your items since we send the orders through a delivery center. |
