Returns Policy

Bayana Fashion is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us.
Providing garments are returned to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed. We offer a 10 day refund or exchange policy.
If your original invoice had free postage we will deduct 10$ for postage and handling.

NOTE: During special sales we can exchange the item to a different size (if available) but can not give refunds .
If you would like to exchange your products:

  • Please contact us so we can check availability.
  • Pay the re-postage $7 for regular mail or $10 for express to our paypal account, [email protected]com, and send us the transaction ID of this payment.
  • Send the item in its original packaging with tags to Bayana, PO Box 634 , Bet Dagan 50200 Israel
  • Write your order number and name clearly on the parcel.
  • Do NOT send a pre paid envelope with your items since we send the orders through a delivery center.
 

Delivery Policy

We use several post services to deliver our goods. All items will be sent out one business day after payment is confirmed. We will not be responsible for loss of items by the post company.

Shipping Rates

All Items are in stock and will be posted ONE day after payment is confirmed.
International postage cost starting at $10. We use DHL global mail or HK post depends on item location.
